The Fort MacArthur Inn is located about 20 miles south of base. The Front Desk is open 0600-2200, seven days a week. After hours check-in can be arranged. The sponsor must be present during check-in and must go through the base security office to obtain passes for their guest(s) if the guest does not have a US DOD Military ID.

Rooms have private baths and may have kitchen facilities . Smaller Visitor's Quarter's are also available. Pets are allowed in pet-friendly rooms with a $10 per night fee, if the pet has current rabies shots paperwork. There is a $150 cleaning fee for bringing pets into a non-pet room.

The Los Angeles area has many other lodging facilities. If accommodations are not available check with the Front Desk for other options. Some local hotels may have military specials.
